Ströme der Zukunft / streaming into the future is an eleven-part flag installation realized for the forecourt of Schloss Esterházy on the occasion of the Herbstgold Festival 2026, themed "Pulsschlag der Zeit."
The work presents a digitally generated waterway extending as a continuous panorama across all eleven flags. Avatars drift through the current, surrounded by a blue-green mesh that simultaneously evokes fluid natural phenomena and digital data landscapes. Each flag carries an autonomous image that joins, across the full panorama, into a coherent field

SITF ruminates on the river as a double metaphor: a reference to the artificially designed water system of the Schlosspark Eisenstadt, conceived since the 18th century as social infrastructure for the gathering of people, and as the digital data stream of the present. Both constructed worlds converge in a single image. The current carries us forward: into collective futures we generate together, into spaces of desire and community that are already latent in the act of flowing itself. The water of the future has always already been in motion ‧͙⁺˚*•̩̩͙♡
